Step 1:

Introductory Meeting

  • Discuss primary reason for wanting a 401(k) plan

  • If you already have a plan, we’ll discuss what issues or challenges are prompting you to consider a new provider

  • We’ll assess whether we’re the right fit for you and if our core company values align with yours

  • Review of cost proposal

Step 2:

Plan Design and Setup

  • Welcome Call: introduce you to your team, establish a timeline that fits your schedule, and review the setup process along with what to expect

  • Planning Meeting: design a plan that aligns with your objectives and provides a good benefit to your employees

Step 3:

Implementation

  • Personalized training of regular tasks for effective plan operation 

  • Group education and enrollment session to introduce the benefit to employees and assist with enrollment

  • Individual financial planning sessions are available by request and can include spouses if applicable.
